Luhan unwelcomed the new company though it was someone he had missed ever since he left his tribe. He flinched when he felt cool hands on his shoulders."Go back Lay." Luhan wheezed through gritted teeth as he tried to keep his calm and focus. He could sense that Lay was different than he was when Luhan last saw him and hurting Lay who was as close as his kin was the last thing he wanted.He was pulled into an embrace, with Lay's arms crossed over his chest."I'm sorry." he whispered, arms tightening around Luhan, " For letting you go."Luhan frowned, his feelings were extreme at the moment, especially that of irritation as he tried to push away the arms binding him but to no avail."What are you doing?" Luhan almost screamed, partly because he was sensitive but he was also starting to feel afraid.Lay was like a brother, looking out for Luhan and accompanying him through his lonely days back in the tribe. He was like the sole ray of light flitting into a world of darkness, bringing smiles, laughter and hope. What Luhan had for Lay was that of kinship, admiration and gratitude. Nothing more, nothing less and he never wanted for that to change. Luhan was genuinely horrified when cool breaths on his cheeks, the tip of Lay's nose trailling along Luhan's jawline.  Sehun flinched slightly."What's wrong Sehun? You've been looking out of sorts for some time now." Jongin pointed out."...""Sehun?""Let's go back. Now." Sehun announced.  "Stop..." Luhan panted, drawing his breaths hurriedly. He was petrified for he was losing control over his body which burned with escalated intensity as he closed his eyes and tilted his head subconsciously, giving the other an easy access to his neck."There's a good boy..." Lay murmured, his hands moving down Luhan's torso to his belly.Something was nagging at the back of Luhan's mind, but his thoughts were like a hurricane, blurred and chaotic. A voice was calling for him to get away, but his body was moving on its own, wanting and needing. Luhan opened his eyes, as they got all watery. He gazed tiredly at the lake and the waterfall infront of him. What was it?"That lake... the waters are warm throughtout the year."Luhan saw a sliver of silver. A familiar scene played before his eyes."My name is Luhan, what's yours?"He saw a large hand infront of him and Luhan let his eyes trail along the muscular arm."Sehun."A pair of cold grey eyes gazed back at Luhan, and he remembered.His eyes widened as he remembered the one he had come to have feelings for, fiercely pushing away the hands that were now nearing his crotch. The action took Lay by surprise, the surpirse which gradually turned into wrath."You need someone to help you get through that heat, and it might as well be me." Lay growled as he trudged towards Luhan, his voice and the look in his eyes were no longer how Luhan had known them to be.Luhan took small steps backwards, his eyes on Lay's, yelping when he fell backwards with a splash into the lukewarm waters. In a flash, he felt a hand around his neck, pulling him violently out of the waters as he spluttered and cough, mostly because the fingers around his neck were digging deeper into his skin, choking him. His arms flailed as he thrashed around in the waters."If I don't deserve you, so doesn't he." Lay hissed, his eyes filled with resentment.Luhan felt something hot trickling from the corner of his eyes. It could water from the lake, but then again, they could be tears.Luhan had never felt so lonely in his life. He thought he was able to handle everything else as long as Lay was there by his side. He stayed strong though he was raised by servants like a fragile, prized possession, not receiving the love which he never dared to ask for from his parents. He gritted his teeth when he learnt that he was raised, treated like an object, to be used for the interests of his tribe. He kept it to himself when his heart ached all because the one he had come to love wanted to have nothing to do with him. It could all be peaceful if he was not the omega he was. Lay would remain his loyal companion, he could be a dutiful child to his parents and mingle with the other tribe members, he would never meet Sehun who could have waited until he found himself a suitable partner to be mated with.Luhan stopped writhing as he closed his eyes. At least he was going to be in this beautiful place, enveloped by the warmth of the waters, listening to the sound of the crashing waterfalls as he draw his last breath in his sanctity filled will pleasant memories.As he slipped into unconciousness, Luhan felt the hands around his neck gone and he was hauled out of the waters. "Luhan? Luhan!" Kyungsoo held Luhan in his arms, his voice trembling."Sehun! That's enough!" Jongin bounded into the waters, pulling Sehun away from Lay who was now unmoving in the waters.Sehun's eyes glowed like those of a beast, ruthless and filled with incandescent rage. They were no longer grey but a fiery red as the blood which was spreading in the waters. His fists were tightly clenched, knuckles white, veins showing."You can't kill him, it'll affect our relationship with his tribe. Leave him to me. Luhan needs you." Jongin reminded, his tone serious as he looked straight into Sehun's wild eyes.  "He's burning up." Kyungsoo stated.He had arranged Luhan on the bed and covered him under the sheets. Luhan's scent was unsettling everyone in the tribe at the moment and it was only safe for him in Sehun's chamber where no one would dare enter without permission."It doesn't look good. He's in heat but he's very weak."Sehun moved to sit on the bed beside Luhan who was pale and sweating. It pained him to see Luhan suffering or to even feel scared. Sehun rememeber knowing something was off when he felt annoyance and immediately rushing back when he felt something he had never experienced before - fear. Sehun was not sure why but he knew that the feelings were coming from Luhan for his thoughts kept drifting towards Luhan the whole morning. It was not until they returned hurriedly to be welcomed by a flustered Kyungsoo that Sehun confirmed that Luhan was in danger."Thank you Kyungsoo." Sehun said softly, his eyes never leaving Luhan. "I... I'm sorry. For leaving him alone and coming back." Kyungsoo whispered before making his way out. He resented being weak, rendering him powerless and unable to help a friend in need.Sehun lifted a hand to stroke Luhan's face gently. Luhan whimpered and opened his eyes slowly."Sehun?" Luhan breathed, sitting up with support from his arms."How are you feeling right now?" Sehun asked, his face was still undeviating but not quite. There were hints of concern and agony.The scene from before, in the forest flashed across Luhan's mind. He turned his face away from Sehun."Luhan?"Luhan felt ashamed to face Sehun. He loathed himself for letting someone other than Sehun touch him."Shit come on. You need to tell me what. I can't read minds." Sehun sounded irritated. He had never felt afraid but he was so angry, so scared that he might have lost Luhan earlier on. He thought all was over when Kyungsoo assured him that Luhan was weak but he was doing fine. Apparantly, it was not over when Luhan was bent on giving him a hard time.Luhan had never heard Sehun speak in this tone before."I'm sorry." Luhan whispered, continuing when Sehun remained silent."I'm not worthy to be your mate. I'll take responsibility when I return to my tribe." Luhan started sobbing.Luhan shifted his body, tucking his legs underneath him so that he was kneeling, his hands by his side, tip of his fingers pressing onto the bed. He bowed his head and his tears fell onto his lap."I'm sorry I came into your life, I'm sorry for meeting you, I'm sorry-" Luhan hitched a breath,"for falling in love with you.""Look at me." Sehun commanded, but Luhan never moved.Sehun's large hands found their way around Luhan, embracing him tightly. His body yearned for more of Sehun's touch and Luhan felt as if he was engulfed in flames."Please... Don't do this to me." Sehun pleaded, his voice full of sadness and dejection.The action took Luhan by surprise. It was different from when Lay held him. Luhan wanted more, to forever be in the safe haven, in Sehun's arms. Luhan was heartbroken to hear Sehun sound so weak and tired all because of him. He looked up to see Sehun's grey eyes, no longer cold but full of hurt."It's okay if you don't accept me... I know I'm selfish but... just let me stay by your side..." Luhan said, his eyes pleading."I've never wanted you to leave me." Sehun bent slowly and to Luhan's astonishment, Sehun closed his eyes as their lips touched."I love you Luhan." Sehun whispered seconds later, gazing into Luhan's enlarged, blue eyes, his breath warm on Luhan's lips.Luhan never thought he could hear such beautiful words slipping past Sehun's lips, which were pressed together most of the time, never expressing his thoughts, and more so, feelings.Luhan turned so that he had his back resting against Sehun's chest. He liked the position as he felt safe and he liked how Sehun rubbed his cheek against Luhan's temples gently. They could finally come clear and be sure of their feelings."You're burning hot." Sehun whispered."It hurts..." Luhan admitted, whimpering."Do you trust me?" Sehun asked, his voice low, breath hot against Luhan's ear."Yes..." Luhan answered without hesitation. "I need you..."Sehun's eyes turned from the usual grey to a shade of crimson red as he cupped the bottom of Luhan's chin to pull his head backwards onto his shoulder, making Luhan's back arc slightly. Sehun lapped at Luhan's cheek, letting his tongue trail further back, eventually licking the shell of his ear."How do you want me?" Sehun growled, a low guttural sound from the depths of his throat.Luhan's mind was in a mess and he could not think straight. He felt a surge of energy coursing through his body as Sehun touched him with intimacy and spoke in a tone he had never used on Luhan before. Luhan did not hate it, he was excited by it. Unable to speak clearly, Luhan uttered in disconnected syllables."Se...hun.. I-I need..."His blue eyes glazed over, hazy and teared. Saliva dripped from the corner of his pink perfect lips. Luhan was wet, hot and ready. It was an arousing sight for Sehun as he ran a finger down Luhan's wet entrance in an agonizingly slow manner, making Luhan impatient, rocking his ass, wanting Sehun to be inside him already, fucking him hard until he reeked of Sehun's scent. Luhan's phermones have been driving him crazy and Sehun was sure that it was doing the same to all the other alphas in the vicinity. All he could think of was to mark Luhan and imprint his own scent deep into Luhan's perfectly pale skin so that no other alpha wolf would dare be a mile within Luhan."I asked. How did you want it." Luhan added playfully to assure Sehun that he was fine and that he needed it."You'll get it rough," Sehun inserted a finger into Luhan's entrance with ease as the hole was wet, acting as a lubricant, "After I've had my taste of you." the hesitation in his voice was gone.A moan escaped Luhan's lips as he added another, twisting the digits slowly as he moved them in and out. Sehun finally pulled out, slowly licking his long fingers from the back of his knuckles to the tip."You taste so deliciously sweet... Luhan thought that he would be unable to please Sehun and would in fact, disgust his mate but he was glad it had been pleasurable for them both. Luhan lifted a hand to where his cubs would be growing inside of him, protective of Sehun's gift."I love you, Luhan." was the last words he heard Sehun sigh into his ear, his breath ticklish, before Luhan felt his eyelids grow heavy and he fell soundly asleep.i'm soooo sorry lay TT^TT  it's not like i dont like him, i like exo as a whole but... someones gonna have to be the bad guy and lay didnt have enuf show time.... itd be aniticlimax if some stranger started sniffing the poor boy luhan. i hope the m scene wasnt THAT awkward and weird cos i have totally zero imagination when it comes to that and plus, if the first half of this chpt and the second half doesnt seem to match, I'm really sorry. I actually wrote the m scene b4 exams so the feels might not be same. though i tried to salvage it by adding stuff here and there... if its bad, tell me and i shall never again write those stuff cos if its that terrible, its cringe-worthy.anyways, its like 1am here when i finished this chapter. x.x  let's hope i get inspiration again soon hahahah.XDI still can't say how much I appreciate you guys reading, subscribing, upvoting and leaving pleasant, encouraging comments!!!
